Adam D. Brown

Director of Bands, Bay High School

Adam Brown is the Director of Bands at Bay High School in Panama City, Florida. He was selected to serve this role in 2019, and continue to build on the success and traditions that the Million Dollar Band has been known for. In addition to the Million Dollar Band, he serves as the director for the Bay High School Symphonic Band, Concert Band, a beginning band (Band 101), and the Jazz Band. He also teaches Dual Enrollment music courses.

Born-and-raised in Alabama, Adam grew up in the community of Wicksburg. After graduating from Wicksburg High School, he attended Troy University as a member of the Sound of The South and several other performing ensembles and concert bands. He later attended Troy University to obtain a Master's Degree while still maintaining a full teaching load. His professional affiliations include the National Association for Music Education, the Florida Bandmasters Association, Kappa Kappa Psi Music Fraternity, ​Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society, & the International Trombone Association.

Adam is happily married to his better half, Amelia. They have two beautiful daughters, Emersyn and Micah.

Jetaime M. Walsingham

Assistant Band Director, Bay High School

Director of Bands, Jinks Middle School

Jetaime Walsingham is the Assistant Band Director at Bay High School and the Director of Bands at Jinks Middle School. She is excited to be able to help both schools build on past successes and move forward with excellence. In addition to assisting with the Million Dollar Band, she serves as the director for the Jinks Beginning Band, Hornet Marching Hornet Band, and Emerald Concert Band. Jetaime is also the current Director of the Bay Wind Community Band, a local volunteer concert band.

A life-long Florida resident, Jetaime was born in Tallahassee and has lived in Panama City since 1980. After attending Rosenwald Junior High and Rutherford High School, she attended Florida State University as a member of the Marching Chiefs, Symphonic Band, Seminole Sound, and several other performing ensembles and concert bands. Her professional affiliations include Tau Beta Sigma and Florida Bandmasters Association. After receiving her Bachelors in Music Education, she served as Director of Bands at Everitt Middle School for several years. Once her kids came along, she took some time out to be a mom and spent several years in elementary education. Jetaime is quite happy to be back “home” in the band room.

Jetaime is happily married to Brian, and she has two boys, Gabriel and Nolan, both of which were active in their high school band program throughout their school careers.

Aidan Herring-Shook

Director, Million Dollar Band Colorguard

Director, Bay Breeze Winterguard

Aidan Herring-Shook is the Colorguard Director at Bay High School and the Director of the Bay Breeze Winterguard program, starting in 2023. 

Aidan attended North Bay Haven Charter Academy and has been involved with Bay County colorguards most of her teenage and adult years. She additionally competed in DCI Heatwave in 2019. 

Colorguard is Aidan's passion and she is honored to be the coach of the Million Dollar Band Colorguard!
